MANAGING PARTNER
Avo Oudabachian is focused on recruiting senior executives (the board, chief executive officer, and their direct reports) in both private equity portfolio and high-growth publicly-held companies across North America and Europe. Drawing on his more than two decades of experience as a successful executive and Managing Partner at Caldwell Partners, Avo works closely with clients to analyze their needs and culture, tailor leadership recruitment strategies and build organizational success. He has particular expertise in CPG, Retail, eCommerce and Life Science industries. He also works deeply in other sectors such as Cyber Security, Industrial Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation and Professional Services.
Avo started his professional career with Ernst & Young’s consulting division. He then pursued a career in the most senior levels of sales and marketing in global hospitality, professional services and private education corporations.
Avo sits on numerous boards and industry associations. He is very involved in his community of Markham-Unionville and is proud to be a Board Director and Chair of the Markham Stouffville Hospital’s Foundation Board. He is engaged with his university’s alumni association and also a global fraternal organization. Fluent in English, French and Armenian, he has extensive professional training in leadership development, team building, and change management techniques.
Avo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing and international business from McGill University.
